What does the 30-day build period mean?
We build your entire system before your first billing date — pipelines, automations, communication channels, sequences, and all configurations specific to your business. At day 31, your first monthly charge begins and everything is already live and running. You're not paying for a system you haven't seen yet.
I'm not tech-savvy. Will I be able to use this?
Yes — that's the whole point. We configure everything before you log in. When you access your account for the first time, the automations are running, the pipelines are built, and the sequences are active. You learn by using it, not by building it from scratch.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Absolutely. During the setup period we import your existing contacts from your current CRM, spreadsheet, or contact list so you start with a full database rather than from zero.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract required. You're billed monthly (or annually if you choose the annual option for the ~9% savings). You can cancel anytime — we just ask for 30 days' notice.
What's the difference between Entrepreneur and Business tracks?
The core platform is identical — the difference is configuration scope and setup complexity. The Business track is configured for higher volume, more staff members, more complex pipelines, and potentially multi-location or multi-department operations. If you have 6 or more employees or a higher lead volume, the Business track is the right fit. Not sure? Call us at

Should I do the audit first or go straight to the platform?
If you have a physical location, we almost always recommend starting with the
Experience & Systems Audit — it tells you exactly what your business needs before we build anything. Audit clients also get 50% off the platform setup fee, so it's worth it financially too. If you already know exactly what you need, you can go straight to the platform.
